Rowan’s Law

The Elliot Lake Skating Club, Skate Ontario, and Skate Canada take concussion safety seriously. It is important for coaches, parents, and skaters to know the signs and symptoms of a concussion. As of July 1, 2020 any Star 5 or higher skater, board member, or coach will also be required to complete a Rowan’s Law acknowledgment form/waiver prior to registration for any skating program.
